Plot: Soodhu Kavvum 2 is a sequel to the critically acclaimed Tamil film Soodhu Kavvum (2013). The movie picks up the story of the quirky, charming conman, Pagalavan (Vijay Sethupathi), who continues to run a series of creative, albeit eccentric, scams. He is joined by a ragtag group of misfits who assist him in his operations, which involve cleverly outwitting corrupt businessmen, politicians, and criminals.
