Plot:
In a post-apocalyptic world, a group of survivors takes refuge in a hospital surrounded by infected, zombie-like creatures. A former soldier, Tao (played by Steven Seagal), leads a team of highly trained warriors into the hospital to rescue any remaining survivors and eliminate the threat. With the hospital overrun, they must fight for their lives in an attempt to escape before the infected close in.
